Full update of very outdated property that hadnt been touched in 20 years. New carpets throughout, various repairs to walls and then painted in Chalk USA paint.The garden and lawn was gutted then fully landscaped and new lawn laid. Painted the external fence which made a huge difference to the external spaces.

All completed in a week, styled and photograped the next day. Was sold above reserve in highly contested auction.
